Can Onyx handle 30 people on 6 weeks' notice? +
Capacity confirmed in your first call. If we have it, we commit with specifics — suites, visa timeline, school enrollment — before you book. We don't confirm what we can't deliver.
What does "operational in 4–6 weeks" mean exactly? +
We run visas, accommodation, workspace, and onboarding in parallel. From the day you apply to the day your first team member walks in: 4–6 weeks, faster if you already hold Indonesian visas.
What is the minimum team size? +
One. We work with solo founders through to teams of 50. Solo founders regularly find their team here — the community fills the gap that remote work left open.
Can team members rotate in and out during a Residency? +
Yes. Residency clients run rotating programs under a single contract. New arrivals need their own visa timeline (2–4 weeks), which we handle. Most companies stagger arrivals by a few weeks to keep operations continuous.
Won't Bali put us too far from investors? +
UTC+8. Clean US West Coast afternoon overlap. Most founders fly to key markets once a quarter. The productivity gain between those trips typically outweighs the travel cost.
How is Onyx different from Selina or a coworking coliving? +

Our longest residents have been here 26 months. Residency terms are negotiated at renewal — typically with priority access to preferred units and continuity on visa status.
What if there's a medical emergency? +
